London--what a great city!
We have extended our stay here to further explore!
One of our big pursuits has been looking for the ultimate british beer. As for me I am not a big fan of the English beers--some tend to smell like sewer. We have found a lot of great pubs though and are looking for the best beer. The real ales are pumped into your glass from up open cask.
Our favorites were not an English Ale though came from a London microbrewery near Vinopolis and were the Meantime Chocolate and Coffee Stouts. So good!

Titus Andronicus
Titus Andronicus is said to be Shakespere's bloodiest play. I did not know that when I got us tickets for the groundlings at the Globe Theater. The Globe theater is a reproduction of the original in the original location.
It was bloody--I had to look away numerous times or I thought I would be sick from the blood pouring out of the mouth of Titus' raped and mutilated daughter. We later learned that 4 people had fainted from this the day before and they were now issuing advisories about the violence in the play. We complaign about the vilolence of our modern entertainment--this has been entertaining people for generations.

Eileen
Today my aunt Eillen lost her battle with cancer. She passed away this morning. It is a dificult thing to grasp--she was 55 and left behind 5 children and a husband of almost 30 years.
Her daughter Wendy was one of my bridesmaids. Wendy and I grew up together and have been there as her mom and my dad battle cancer.
The Stockland family gathered this evening for a memorial service at the farm. It was a touching memorial to a woman we all loved and who brought so much to the family.
I struggle to understand all of this--but this weekend of celebrations of beginings and sorrow of early endings seems to be a glimpse of life and the importance of love and family.

We`re Married!
Today I woke up as Mrs. Kotelman--it does not seem real. We have been working so hard for weeks to get everything ready and now it is as if a dream. I am so proud of my family and all that they did to make everything so special for Paul and I. I love them so much and owe them alot of hours of labor! Paul and I got to see some of the photos of the wedding so exciting!
It was so nice to have a brunch with our families at mom and dads on the patio. The weather was perfect. We got to say goodbye and thank you to our friends before they left.
Pauls cousin Gabe stayed till the afternoon. All of us took a break and went to the pool and just hung out and talked.
Earlier in the day we had learned that many of ny Mom's family had not been able to attend the wedding or left early due to my Aunt Eileen's health. We got a phone call in the afternoon that she was not doing at all good and headed to Viborg to pray for a miracle and possibly say goodbye.

Married
Paul and I were married today--following a weekend of parties with family and friends from out of state. It was a beautiful day for us and was all that we had hoped for.
